Known for his energetic personality and go-getter spirit, he is the founder of The B&B Workshop in Damak, where he trains aspiring beverage professionals. Now a Lead Instructor at Lavie Hospitality Group, Samir brings real-world expertise, hands-on techniques, and approachable mentorship to every class, shaping the next generation of baristas and bartenders.
